Purchase-, rental and delivery terms

 

- Terms for bike rental and bikepass

Cancellation with a medical certificate will receive a full refund no matter the time of the cancellation. Cancellation 6 days before will not receive a refund.  The cost for the bike pass will receive a full refund no matter the time of the cancellation.

- Invoice / Svea Ekonomi

Payment by invoice is by Svea Ekonomi AB. To be able to select invoice you need to state your social security number and/or organization number.

To be able to shop by invoice you need to be registered in Sweden and be 18 years or older.

You can not have any form of payment notes. All the invoices is by Järvsö Bergscykelpark AB handed over to Svea Ekonomi AB. The invoice have to be paid within 14 days.

Is the payment late a legal reminder and reminders fee will be sent out. The late payment interest is 2% per month. Should the invoice not be paid, the invoice be handed over to debt collection.

Delivery

- Time for delivery

Normal delivery time is about 3 non holiday days. During peak season it might take a bit longer.

- Transportation methods

Orders are mailed as parcels/letter/delivery by bus or your chosen supplier. We do not take any economic responsibilty for delays caused by the supplier.

- Cost for shipping

The cost for shipping an order is calculated by the weight. This is included in the total price at the check out.

- Complaints / non working goods

If you can prove a manufacturing defect, you will receive new parts from us. The warranty is not against wear and tear. The customer will pay the shipping cost to return the goods to us. To receive a refund, prepare your account details. 

- Right of withdrawal

You have by law the right to return goods without any specific reason. The goods must be whole and working as well as still sealed. The customer have to notify us as soon as possible, but not later than fourteen (14) days after the goods have been delivered. This does not apply to special orders. Reservations regarding special activities is under a different right of withdrawal, for more information, visit the Swedish Consumer Agency on www.konsumentverket.se

- Damaged and not collected goods

If the customer discovers damage on a parcel, this should be reported as soon as possible to the post office or the shipping company. Do not pick up parcels that are damaged. If the customer does not discover the damage until the parcel is home and unboxed and the damage is connected to the post office or the shipping company, it should be reported as soon as possible to the post office. If there is an argument between the customer and the post office and/or shipping company, the customer can contact us. If the parcel is not collected before it is shipped back to us (parcel about 1 month, letters about 14 days), we will send an invoice on 350 SEK for our work handling the goods.

- GDPR

Järvsö Bergscykelpark AB take care that the handling of our customers data is safe and in line with current laws and rules. EU:s new data protection regulations (GDPR 2016/679/EU) that was launched on the 25th of May 2018 resulted in a positive change that gives the customer more control over the customers personal data. We would like to inform our customers that their personal data will be in our digital programs, contact register, PDF-, Word- and Excel files, if you have bought or rented goods, used our services or have been in contact with us. Digital programs, contact register, PDF-, Word- and Excel files are used by us to develop business relations between our customers and Midama AB. The specific detals that are stored are: Name, adress, telephone number, e-mail. Short business related history, nothing personal. We would like to have contact with our customers in the future. You do not have to do anything about this, but if you have any objections regarding our handling of your data, please contact us.

- SMS / text messages

The phone number that you supply in your order can be used for text messages concerning your purchase or other information regarding your order.

Booking terms for JBP HOTELL

- Reservation and payment

A reservation is conclusive from the moment that it is confirmed and you have received a confirmation. This can be orally, in writing or by different reservation systems. When you make a reservation you have to provide your name, e-mail, phone number, dates for check-in / check-out and how you would like to pay. Different rules apply for different prices.

- Reservation for minors without a Guardian

To make a reservation on JBP-Hotell you need to be 18 years or older. If you make a reservation for a minor, the Guardian is fully responsible no matter if that person stay in the same room as the minor or not.

- Bring guests to the room

From a security point of view we only allow our workers or checked-in guests to stay in the rooms or other reserved facilities.

- Arrival and departure

Check-in is at 15.00 the arrival day, check-out is no later then 11.00 on the day of departure.

- Cancellation and no arrival

The terms for cancellation, if nothing else have been agreed upon, is a minimum of 7 days ahead of check-in. If the customer does not cancel the reservation or fail to appear closer than 7 days before check-in, the fee is 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Should the hotel have any particular cost due to wishes from the customer, no refund will be given. Cancellation with a medical certificate gives a full refund if the cancellation is done before 15.00 on the day the customer will check-in. 

- Payment

JBP-Hotell demands a payment at the same time the reservation is made. If the customer does not cancel the reservation within the terms of our cancellation, the hotel will have the right to keep the payment. Our hotel accept the common credit/debit cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept different cards, cash or other form of payment that is foreign. 

- Your own safety

Always find out where emergency exits, panic buttons and fire extinguisher are located. Look for information on the inside of the door at you hotel room. 

- How we handle your personal data

Järvsö Bergscykel Park AB handle personal information regarding the customers using our products. JBP treats personal information according to our integrity policy. 

- Special rules 

Smoking on the room will result in a fee of 3000 SEK. Should the fire alarm trigger due to smoking or careless behaviour will result in another fee of additional 7000 SEK.

- Insurance 

The customer is responsible of having full insurance during their travel.

- Force Majeure 

In an event of strike, lockout, fire, explosion, war or other events outside Järvsö Bergscykelpark ABs control, JBP can legally end the deal without having the responsibility to pay indemnity.

- Complaints 

In case of complaints they should immediately be reported tp Järvsö Bergscykelpark AB, preferably on location. ARN can be contacted in cases where the customer and JBP can not reach an agreement.

- Alcohol

It is not allowed to drink alcohol in any of the hotels public places.

Rouls for Jarvso Bike park

 

Fullface helmet and a MTB with front suspension and disc brakes are required.

To be allowed to bike in the park you need to have a fullface helmet. We also recommend body armor as well as knee- and elbow protection. The bike needs to have suspension at least in the front (full suspension is recommended) and be equipped with disc brakes. 

No animals are allowed in the lift.

All biking takes place at your own risk 

It is the bikers own responsibility to select tracks within their capabilities as well as adapt after their own level. One person per bike, no accessories such as "Kids ride shotgun", bike carts etc are allowed in the trails. Parents are always responsible for kids/minors riding in Järvsö Bergscykelpark. 

You are not allowed to be in the park after the lift is closed

When the lift is closed the park becomes a work place. Staff and vehicles will be in the area and it is forbidden to bike during non opening hours.

The guest has a resposibility to know the rules

The guest should have read and understood the rules in ”SLAO's Lilla Gröna” as well as Järvsö Bergscykelparks local rules - make sure to check the parks infoboards. If the guest break the rules, the park have the right to terminate the deal and the bike pass.

Respect cordons and signs

Adapt your speed and show respect for other guests and the nature

• Hikers and others are not allowed in the trails. Staff might work on the trails during opening hours, so keep an eye open.

• Overtaking other bikers are not allowed. Talk to them and ask for permission to pass them.

• Pay attention where trails cross or merge with each other.

• Adapt your riding depending on what kind of weather it is.

• Do not stop where other bikers can not see you. Like behind jumps, around corners etc.

• Do not throw trash in the nature and bike only on marked trails. 

Alcohol and drugs are not allowed

Intoxicated guests will not be allowed in the park.

The bike pass is personal

People that are using the lift and trails without a valid bike pass will receive a fine at 1500 SEK.

The guest is responsible for their own equipment

The guest is responsible for their own equipment and will also be responsible for damages on other guests, staff or the parks gear.

JBP takes no responsibility for damages on bikes regardless if it is in the lift or in the trails.
